Jedec Tray Feeder JTF2 - JTF3 - JTF5 Landscape - WPFx

Quasys manufactures Standard JEDEC Tray and Waffle Pack Feeder. Originally desinged by Laurier USA, the Feeders today are manufactured in Switzerland and Germany, since 2008. There are over 1000 installations worldwide in total with over 65 different variations.

Not only JEDEC Trays and Waffle Pack Feeders are built. We also do customization about smaller or larger stackable trays.

Multi Component Feeder

JTTF3 JEDEC Tray Feeder with Magazine Operation. Distribute the trays in the Magazine and call them off any time at multiple times. Replenish trays also during operation.

The Quasys WPF is a low cost, small footprint solution for loading waffle packs automatically. Load stacks of up to 20 or 45 packs (4” / 2” Waffle Packs) without interrupting the assembly equipment.

TF-11 Small Tray Feeder

The TF-11 feeds trays with a width of 116 mm, therefore 20 mm more narrow compared to the standard JEDEC Tray.

TF-12 Dual Tray Feeder

The TF-12 can handle two different tray with different lengths while having the same width of 166 mm.
